Booking Guidelines
Please read through our guidelines before booking an appointment

When filling out the booking inquiry, please double check and make sure all your contact information is typed correctly, that way we can get in contact with you!
Check your spam/junk mail folders (just in case!) after submitting this form.
Know before you book
The shop hourly rate is 200$/hr. with a minimum of 160$. All Tattoo work is priced on an hourly basis, unless stated otherwise by the artist.
Accepted form of payments are cash, credit card, and venmo
All appointments are required a 100$ deposit minimum.
Deposits must be paid within one week after the issuing of the appointment date, otherwise the appointment will be forfeited.
Policies
Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it to your appointment you must give 72 hours notice for your appointment to be rescheduled or your deposit will be forfeited. All deposits will be subtracted from the final cost of the tattoo and the balance will be due upon completion. In the case of large scale work or multiple sessions, the deposit will be subtracted from the balance of the final session. In case of an emergency, illness, or weather conditions, please contact the shop and your appointment will be rescheduled and the deposit will be honored. Please show up on time to your appointment. If you are going to be late, please notify the shop. All clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointment time and also their deposit.
Reschedule Policy
All clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. More than one reschedule will forfeit the deposit and new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Your flexibility is greatly appreciated as we want to give all our clients and their artists the time to make great tattoos. Please understand that Saturdays are booked the farthest out and your artist may not have the availability you had in mind, especially if you would like to get tattooed sooner than later. Please do not schedule appointments that conflict with your work schedule or schedule plans that may cut your appointment time short.
